Do I need gym access to work with you?
Not necessarily. While a gym gives us more tools to work with, I build programmes around what you have access to, whether that's a full commercial gym, a home setup, or something in between. We make it work.
How is this different from an app or generic plan?
Everything is built specifically for you: your body, your lifestyle, your schedule. You also get direct access to me, weekly check-ins, and real-time adjustments based on how you're actually responding. No algorithm can replicate that.
How long before I see results?
Most clients notice meaningful changes within 4–6 weeks. But results depend on consistency, not just programming. We set realistic expectations from day one and track progress together, adjusting as needed.
Is coaching done online or in person?
Both, and hybrid too. Lush coaches clients in person in Cape Town, fully online for clients anywhere in the world, and hybrid for those who want a mix. Group sessions run at Pinelands Club on Mondays and at MyGym on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings and afternoons. Whatever format works for your life, there is an option that fits.
Do I have to commit to all three areas?
Not at all. Lush works across Personal Training, Nutrition, and Mindset, but you choose what you need. Some clients come for PT only. Others want nutrition and mindset without the training programme. If you want all three, great. If you need one, that is where we start. The goal is improvement, not a package sell.
Is there a contract or lock-in period?
No lock-in contracts. I believe in earning your commitment through results, not holding you to paperwork. Most clients stay because they see progress, not because they have to.
